Are you a KBV-certified gematik partner?

No. We are not a gematik-certified TI service provider. We work alongside your TI provider and handle the wider practice IT (workstations, backups, identity, peripherals).

Do you integrate with PVS/KIS systems?

We do not replace PVS/KIS systems. We handle the surrounding IT so your PVS/KIS works reliably — workstations, peripherals, backups, connectivity.

What about DSGVO and patient data?

Standard practice — AVV signed, Verfahrensverzeichnis maintained, EU-region hosting for any non-PVS data, documented retention.

Can you work off-hours to avoid patient disruption?

Yes — disruptive work scheduled outside clinic hours where feasible. Documented in every engagement.

Do you support small MVZ groups too?

Yes — single-physician practices, group practices and small MVZ are typical clients.

What about peripherals (label printers, card readers, scanners)?

In scope. Practice peripherals are part of the standard endpoint management.
