Which gear do you work with?

UniFi (Ubiquiti) is the most common for SME at good price/value. Mikrotik for technical setups. Cisco Meraki for larger SMEs. We do not push a specific brand.

Can you take over an unmanaged network?

Yes — documentation and inventory is part of standard onboarding. Many engagements start with an undocumented "what is even running here" phase.

Do you do enterprise-scale networks?

For mid-sized businesses yes. For very large enterprise networks (1000+ users, multi-country) we recommend a dedicated network integrator.

What about VoIP?

VoIP-aware VLAN setup and QoS where needed. We do not run the phone system itself; we ensure the network supports it.

Can you support multi-site?

Yes — site-to-site VPN, SD-WAN for some scenarios, and consistent VLAN structure across sites.

What is the typical engagement length?

Initial setup: 2–6 weeks depending on size. Ongoing: monthly retainer with quarterly review.
