Come lavoriamo

Come lavoriamo

Un modello di collaborazione trasparente con milestone chiare.

01

Define what matters

Workshop to identify the few signals that actually indicate trouble for your business. Most SMEs need 10–20 critical alerts, not 200.

02

Implement

Monitoring stack deployed (typically self-hosted Prometheus + Grafana, or hosted UptimeRobot / Better Stack for simpler setups). Alerts routed to documented on-call channel.

03

Operate & tune

Monthly review of alert quality. False positives investigated; missing signals added. Dashboards refined for the team that uses them.

Risultati attesi

Issues caught early

Most failures detected before users notice.

Real alerts only

Pager fatigue reduced — alerts mean action.

Calm dashboards

What matters, not vanity metrics.

Documented playbooks

Each alert has a runbook for response.

FAQ

Domande frequenti

Risposte concise per visitatori che confrontano i servizi Graham Miranda.

What monitoring stack do you use?

Default: Prometheus + Grafana + Alertmanager self-hosted, or UptimeRobot / Better Stack for simpler setups. We work with existing stacks where they are in place.

Do you support Datadog / New Relic?

Yes for existing customer setups — we can administer and tune. For new SME implementations, the cost / value ratio usually favours simpler tooling.

What about log management?

Loki + Grafana, or hosted (Better Stack, Logtail). For higher-volume needs, ELK / OpenSearch self-hosted.

Can you alert into Slack / Teams / phone?

Yes — Slack, Teams, email, SMS and phone (via PagerDuty or Better Stack On-Call) all supported. Channel matches severity.

What about synthetic monitoring?

Yes — synthetic checks on critical user paths (login, checkout, key forms) where business value warrants it.

Do you do APM (application performance monitoring)?

Lightweight APM via Prometheus instrumentation and traces (OpenTelemetry) supported. Heavy APM tools we install and tune; ongoing cost is yours.
