2. Website access and server logs

When you access the site, technically necessary connection data is processed, particularly IP address, date and time, requested resource, data volume, referrer where supplied, browser and operating system. This processing provides the site securely, diagnoses errors and protects against attacks.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is secure and stable operation. Logs are retained only for as long as operational security requires; data affected by a security incident may be kept longer while the incident is investigated and legal duties are met.

3. Language and appearance

When you select a language or colour theme, your browser stores that choice locally on your device. These values are not used for analytics or advertising. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and section 25(2)(2) TDDDG where storage is required to provide the function you expressly requested.

4. No analytics, advertising or forms

This version of the network website uses no audience analytics, advertising pixels, social-media embeds or contact forms. The application sets no optional tracking cookies. A consent platform is therefore not displayed. If such a feature is added, it will be blocked until valid consent is obtained and this notice will be updated.

5. Hosting, recipients and transfers

Commissioned hosting, infrastructure and IT-security providers receive access only where needed for their tasks. Depending on their role, they act as processors or independent controllers. Public authorities receive data only where legally required.

If processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, it is based on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V, particularly EU Standard Contractual Clauses, unless a statutory exception applies.

6. External destinations

Product, contact, customer-portal and support links lead to independent websites. Their own privacy notices apply after you open them. This website does not transmit data to those destinations in advance because no external content is embedded.
